BROWSER ACCESS
Returning to the lobby is quick when you've already saved the tenobet link. Tap it, hit Member Login, and you're back at the live tables in a few seconds — no update prompts, no download queue. The session remembers your last table category, so Baccarat regulars land in the live casino section automatically.
If you switch devices mid-session — say, from your phone to a desktop — log in on the new device and your balance and bet history are already there.
tenobet puts real dealer tables — Salon Prive Baccarat, Blackjack Surrender, Dragon Tiger — alongside a full slots catalogue and a sportsbook covering the Malaysia Super League and UEFA Champions League, all in one mobile browser session. Deposits in RM clear through Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX; open your account and choose your table.
Every game page on tenobet shows the rules and pay table for that specific variant — not a generic description copied from elsewhere.
| Game-specific rules pages | Each live table and slot has its own page explaining the variant mechanics, side bets where applicable, and the specific pay table. Blackjack Surrender and Salon Prive Baccarat are covered separately. |
|---|---|
| Transparent RTP disclosure | RTP figures appear only when the game provider publishes them for that specific title. We don't fabricate percentages; if a figure isn't available, the page says so explicitly. |
| Policy and terms access | Terms of service, responsible gambling information and privacy policy are linked in the footer on every page. Read them before opening an account; they set out eligibility conditions and account rules clearly. |
| Direct contact routes | Live chat and email give you a direct line to the team for any factual correction, account query or complaint. There's no automated-only loop — real support agents handle escalated issues. |
After logging in, the homepage defaults to the live casino section — you'll see table thumbnails with current seat counts and minimum bets. Use the top nav to switch to Slots, Fishing or Sportsbook without losing your place.
| Live Casino section | Land here first after login. Baccarat variants, Dragon Tiger and Blackjack Surrender are grouped by table type; Salon Prive tables have their own lobby tab with separate entry conditions. |
|---|---|
| Slots and fishing rooms | Switch via the top nav. Use the search bar or category filters to find titles like Fruit Shop Megaways or Bombing Fishing without scrolling through the full catalogue. |
| Sportsbook and correct score | The sportsbook tab shows live and pre-match markets. Football Correct Score markets appear under each fixture; Malaysia Super League and UEFA Champions League both have dedicated sections. |
| Account and cashier | Tap the profile icon for your balance, deposit history and active withdrawal requests. The cashier is the same screen — select Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX to top up or cash out. |
At the cashier, you'll find three local payment rails that Malaysian players use every day. Touch 'n Go eWallet lets you send from your TNG balance directly; DuitNow routes payments through your bank's registered mobile number or ID; FPX connects straight to your online banking portal for an immediate bank-to-account transfer.
All three operate in Ringgit — no conversion, no intermediary. Select your method, confirm the amount, and the deposit reflects in your tenobet balance once the transfer clears on the provider's end.

Salon Prive is a private-room format with a dedicated table and a separate lobby entry. Fewer players share the table, the dealing pace is more controlled, and minimum conditions are typically higher than on open baccarat tables.
Standard Live Baccarat follows fixed drawing rules: Player draws on totals of 0–5, Banker's third card depends on both hand totals. Side bets like Player Pair sit alongside the main wager; the underlying game mechanics don't change between Speed and Squeeze formats.
Joker Poker uses a 53-card deck — the standard 52 plus one wild Joker. The Joker completes any combination, enabling Five of a Kind. Natural Royal Flush and Joker Royal Flush carry different payouts, so always check the specific pay table before you play.
Late surrender lets you fold the hand after the dealer confirms no blackjack, recovering half your wager. It's most useful on hard 15 or 16 when the dealer shows a 9, 10 or Ace — hands where the odds of improving are slim.
No installation is needed. The full lobby — live casino tables, slots, sportsbook — runs in your mobile browser. Save the link and return directly to the login screen; your session state carries across devices.
Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of any page. Your balance, transaction history and open withdrawal requests are all there. The cashier is in the same area — select Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX to deposit or request a cashout.
Mobile and Desktop
Start on your phone, switch to desktop later — your balance, bet history and live table access follow you across devices through the same browser login.
GET HELP FAST
If your deposit hasn't reflected, your password isn't working, or you need to clarify a withdrawal step, our support team handles it directly.
Start a conversation from the chat icon on any page. Best for active issues — deposit not reflecting, login errors or a question about a live table's rules before you sit down.
Send account queries, withdrawal documentation or detailed payment questions by email. Attach screenshots directly to speed up verification steps on the support team's end.
Self-service articles for the most common tasks: password reset, deposit flow via DuitNow or FPX, and understanding a withdrawal status. Accessible from the account menu in your mobile browser.
Product perspective
Every table format in our live casino plays differently. Knowing the mechanics before you join a table — whether that's how private Salon Prive rooms are structured, or when Blackjack Surrender is the mathematically sensible option — makes your session more deliberate. These four short notes cover the key distinction for each featured format.
A private-room format with a dedicated table, separate lobby entry and typically higher minimum conditions. The dealing pace is slower and more deliberate — fewer players at the table means more direct interaction with the dealer.
INSIDE THE LOBBY
Our lobby opens with live casino tables front and centre — baccarat in multiple formats, Blackjack Surrender, and fishing rooms sit alongside a slots catalogue that includes Megaways titles and Asian-themed games.
WHY PLAY WITH US
Joining a single platform built for Malaysian players is more practical than juggling separate casino, poker and sportsbook accounts. Your RM balance, deposit history and active promotions all sit under one login.
| One login for everything | Live casino tables, slots, fishing rooms and sportsbook markets share a single tenobet account. Switch between them freely; your balance carries across every category without a separate top-up. |
|---|---|
| Local RM deposits from the start | Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX are all recognised at the cashier. You deal in Ringgit throughout — no currency conversion step, no third-party wallets outside these local rails. |
| Mobile browser, no forced install | The lobby runs in a mobile browser. Returning users hit the login screen directly from a saved link; there's no app update cycle to wait through before sitting at a table. |
| Consistent table access | Live tables from studios like Evolution and Pragmatic Play stream to phone and desktop alike. Start a baccarat session on your phone; continue on desktop later with the same session state. |
